The place is a nightmare. Most of the people are nice. But the president of the association is arrogant and makes it a principle to use his so called position to me your life miserable. If you are a buyer it's 1 thing but as a renter you can't win. The majority of people i spoke to agrees that he the president. Needs a wake up call. On the property not being a 5 star. My rent went up from 1300 To 1750. And I went 4 months without a kichen. Also they forget to inform you that there is a 500 fee for the pool and dinky gym. I informed them I wouldn't be using these things, which didn't matter. It like Payton place.
