The most terrible administration that can exist!!! Agnes makes mistakes for which the office manager will subsequently attack you and gaslite you! Instead of apologizing, they'll yell at you and make you crazy! And when you try to follow the rules and act as prescribed in their rules, while most people violate and are not going to change anything, you will be made guilty. Instead of just admitting there mistake about which they didn't inform me in time. And couple of months they charged me for the 2nd parking space that I physically didn't have.
It's a small amount of money, but no one will want to pay for what they don't have. And when you come just to fix the situation you will be yelled and blamed!
The worst management !!!
Electronic keys often do not work, on New Year's holidays the garbage chute was clogged and smelled terribly for several days. The floor at parking always dirty. Guest parking is always packed with cars of people living here, which deprives you of the opportunity to have parking for guests.

I'm giving this property a one-star review due to persistent issues. Despite the high cost, the grills are frequently out of service, and the pool is often dirty or closed. Management rarely meets its promises, leading to worsening conditions. Initially, they offered free coworking spaces and coffee, but these benefits have been discontinued.
Parking is a significant issue: cars are towed from rented spots over irrelevant documents, while unauthorized vehicles are ignored. The gates frequently malfunction and remain open, compromising security.
Additionally, plumbing problems are common due to narrow pipes, and the cleaning standards are poor. Recently, they restricted access to common areas after 10 PM, which was never an issue before.
Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience

Not user friendly. Austere, aseptic, staff is ok but very few service staff for it's price.

I just extended my lease for the third straight year in this wonderful building and moved from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom. Many thanks to David, Lissette, and Agnes for making the process quick and easy. Much appreciated!

Don’t waste your time your place won’t be ready on move in date

I strongly advise against renting at Del Viento based on my two-year experience there. The first year at the property was amazing, on the second year they switch management company and got Pegasus residential management and everything fell apart. Which was extremely disappointing. The property management team consistently displayed a lack of care and concern for residents. Maintenance requests were frequently ignored or addressed with undue delay, leaving tenants to handle issues on their own. Communication from the management was virtually non-existent, and when responses were provided, they were often dismissive or unhelpful. The common areas and amenities were poorly maintained, further detracting from the overall living experience. Despite numerous complaints and feedback from residents, management made no apparent effort to address these issues.
Additionally, I encountered troubling behavior from the management, including signs of retaliation and discrimination. The treatment of staff, especially towards the cleaning crew, was poor. The property manager was horrible towards the cleaning staff. There were instances where the manager used 911 inappropriately, leading to unwarranted legal trouble for residents. My partner Jeff Cunningham, who was involved in the Sunny isles committee, was almost wrongfully accused due to the manager's retaliatory actions. Thankfully, the Sunny isles Police Department and the mayor intervened, validating our concerns and ignoring the manager’s baseless complaints.
Potential tenants should reconsider renting here until significant improvements are made in how the property is managed. My experience at Del Viento was highly frustrating, and I hope that current and future residents benefit from a more responsive and respectful management approach.

Shout out to David S for making my lease extension process smooth and easy a few months ago. I didn't have to waste any time on visits/calls, everything was done via email. And he delivered again today when there was a mix up with my parking spot, he got it fixed within one hour. Thank you!

When they finally fixed the garage gates- BOOM another issue. Trash cutes have not been fixed over a week and we still have to pay garbage fee. Grills been out of work over a month approximately. Great building but lack of management to me…. Not even mentioning power being out for almost 48 hours, no AC , fridge was out, just cause they didn’t know how to fix it
