Shout out to David S for making my lease extension process smooth and easy a few months ago. I didn't have to waste any time on visits/calls, everything was done via email. And he delivered again today when there was a mix up with my parking spot, he got it fixed within one hour. Thank you!

When they finally fixed the garage gates- BOOM another issue. Trash cutes have not been fixed over a week and we still have to pay garbage fee. Grills been out of work over a month approximately. Great building but lack of management to me…. Not even mentioning power being out for almost 48 hours, no AC , fridge was out, just cause they didn’t know how to fix it

While the building is new I feel sad to see the lack of security with broken garage gates that haven’t been fixed for month, broken latches and constant issues with internet, lack of concern for residents during a power outage and lost packages due to issues with delivery. I really hope all of this gets resolved asap

This place is like living in a dog kennel. Dog feces and urine in elevators, lobbies and sidewalks. Dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. Manager does nothing about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you are prepared to live in an expensive dog kennel. Worst pet owners in south Florida live here. Update 12/03/23:  Someone’s dog vomited in the lobby this morning. The owner left the vomit for others to step over. Also, the new manager is absolutely useless.  She’s even worse than the old manager, as if that’s even possible.

Nice building.  Horrible management and greedy owner.  Unsafe,  no service, impossible to get anything resolved.  They will raise your rent 30% after 1 year.  Rude unprofessional management .  Only Francesca tries to help.  Avoid avoid avoid

The worst management ever, I just know, they was fired the best concierge ever - Jeff. Looks like they looking for best employees and fire them. And the management prohibited any Halloween parties for residents and looks like any other all-residents events

I've been living in this house for almost a year. During this time, The garage door is not working almost all the time. It's a security issue. Anyone can enter the parking lot! More than once my place was taken by random cars.
Constant problems with access to the house because the latch is not working. Sometimes it's just funny when you walk around the house and this phone app does not open a single door for you until one of the neighbors comes out and lets you in.
The pool heating doesn't work, although it should.
Security is never there!
I’m just silent about the eternal problems with animal feces, which may not be cleaned up all day.
The icing on the cake was that we, as residents, were not allowed to gather together this Halloween. We pay for shared spaces and can't use them! It's pretty crazy!
Rental prices are above average and continue to rise. And the level of maintenance at home is falling every month. And now we residents cannot use our living room. I have no words!!!! 😠

It is unfortunate with such a new building that they have let it completely fall apart.  There is no security at night.  The doors don't lock, the gates for the garage do not work.  The pool heater doesn't work, the grills hardly work and now they are telling residents they are not allowed to gather with each other in the lounge.  They are horrible!  Pegasus Management and the owners are dreadful.  They treat everyone like garbage.  Don't be fooled by their lies if you see the place.  It had promise but they let it fall apart and have no plans to make it better.

I’ve been living here since it opened, and am so disappointed with the lack of services, as well as the total lack of energy provided by the management in making this community sustainable. The building has  been declining and it’s in its once beautiful aesthetics are being ignored on a daily basis! There has been an active decline in cleanliness, no heater for the pool, no security in the garage and the building itself after 11. As a senior citizen, I refuse to venture out at night, for fear of returning to an unsecured garage. I would be negligent if I did not express these concerns, so others will not be misled by the amenities that are not offered, and the general unease one feels to communicate to the management.

Pool heater has been broken for about 1.5 months at this point and service requests go unanswered. Doors do not function properly - constantly unlocked and the “Latch” electronic system doesn’t work properly. Creates a security problem.
Homeless (yes, you read that right) are regularly found inside the building amenities - obviously because the doors are never locked & secure.
Security - used to have regular guards roaming around, I rarely if ever see them.
Parking garage gates have been broken for at least 6 months - constant security incidents in the garage at all hours of the day & night.
Management doesn’t answer phone calls or emails.
Landscaping maintenance has been significantly cut back in recent months.
Once a beautiful building (just 1.5 years old) has very quickly fallen into a state of disrepair. Very disappointing!
