Nice place to live. Highly recommended.

My partner recently purchased an apartment here, and we couldn't be happier. The views of the city and ocean are absolutely breathtaking, creating a truly picturesque living experience. The amenities are impeccably maintained, always clean, and never overcrowded—unlike some other complexes in Miami. The staff is exceptionally attentive and consistently responsive to any concerns, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this place offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service.

Views are incredible. Love the layouts of the 2 bedroom and 01 units. Amenities are really nice (multiple pools, spa, Pilates, pet spa, movie theater, etc). Front desk is very nice and they personally bring your food to wherever you are in the building when you order uber eats.

Missoni has been a pleasure to live in. It’s the newest residences in all of edgewater, centrally located to everything I need, amenities are incredible, and staff is very respectful and nice. The units are very nice, and views are almost impossible to beat. I wish some of the bedrooms were a little more spacious and balconies were bigger - but besides that I highly recommend.

I did a walkthrough and honestly was so disappointed. Whoever is maintaining this property is failing. The windows are filthy, paper signs are ripped on the doors. It feels very sterile and messy at the same time. The hallway to the unit was dirty and the elevators look horrible.

After living here for a few months, I need to warn anyone who is looking to live here. The building has some major problems: 1. Our unit has had consistent problems getting hot water, and affects many units. it’s crazy to have to wait 30+ minutes to get lukewarm water, and sometimes not be able to get any hot water at all. It’s a known construction defect, and the building is suing the developers. No resolution in sight.
2. The building has construction issues resulting in our unit being more and more tilted, with doors popping out of frame and hinges.
3. One of the two pools has been closed the entire time we’ve been here.
The people who work here are all nice, but there are serious problems with the building and it doesn’t appear that they can be resolved in any reasonable period of time.
