Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Certainly, here's a more pointed version of your review:
Avoid This Community - Grossly Unprofessional HOA President**
I lived in this community for 2 years and had a generally pleasant experience until I encountered the HOA president, Tamalee. Unfortunately, Tamalee is a disgusting person—extremely rude and disrespectful. There was an incident where she berated me in my driveway, screaming curse words at me because I parked my car in a guest spot for just 10 minutes while washing my other car. This behavior was so outrageous that I had to send video evidence to the board.
Tamalee’s gross misconduct included trying to get my lease renewal denied. Thankfully, the board overturned her decision after reviewing the evidence. However, living under her so-called poor "leadership" made me feel like I was constantly walking on eggshells, as if I were in a jail.
I strongly advise against moving here if you value a peaceful and respectful living environment. The actions of this revolting HOA president can significantly impact your quality of life. Stay away from this place if you don't want to deal with her nastiness. She’s is the most bitter person you’ll ever encounter. AND ontop of that the gates that are suppose to keep your community “safe” NEVER work.

The HOA board of this Community is the most incompetent grout of people I have ever seen, stay away from there

They will tow your car even if you OWN the property! The main security guard is rude and unprofessional. He is ALWAYS on his cellphone! He makes you feel like your disturbing him while he is on his cellphone

Your car will get towed even if you live here. Out of a normal parking spot.  I’m moving ASAP due to retarded rules
