Apartment c216 is haunted

I lived in building C (I wanna say 215C but it's been sooo long) maybe 30 some years ago when I was young. (Hence the middle 3 ⭐ since I did no adulting at this time)I have very fond memories of the friends I had there. Roller skating with my best friend, Nicole. Hanging out with another great friend, Kevin (amazing DJ now). Both in the same building. I had my first crush on my next door neighbor's visiting brother, Marco. My second crush and first kiss was with Tonnie (pro body builder now) from the next building over. Then we moved from a 2 bed to a 3 bed (I can't remember if it's building A or B. I THINK it was B) it was the very first apartment on the first floor and pool was right out our front door. So since mom could see the pool from the door/window, we were always in the pool/pool area. (Not a bad kid or trouble maker in the bunch!). I don't see it in any pics but they used to have a baby pool as well. The managers were a super nice and cool married couple named Frank and Charlene who were also tenants. They used to pay me and my bestie Nicole to pass out fliers to every apartment while we roller skated around. (The only time we were "allowed" in the other buildings).
We'd walk to Circle K to buy candy or whatever. Our Lady Queen of Heaven had the carnival thing every year, I THINK.
THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO REMINISCE! I only lived there for just a few years but it made a lifelong lasting impression on me!

All I can say is don’t ever pay your rent late. They charge over 300 dollars if you pay after the 5th. Most place will charge you an extra 30 or 40. They charge over 300 Cameras never work, my car was vandalized and no one could give me any footage to work with. Only one of my burners work and I’ve called them to fix a bunch of times. Working extremely hard to get the hell outta here.

This the worst apartment you can stay in they charge you so much for no reason. Get mad when you call them to fix things i don't know why because the people that fix it no good and then making their own people write good things about these apartment. You tell them the apartment had mold they tell you it don't  and use bleach to clean it yourself to move out because everything so expensive and hard process to get something better. Traffic in apartment horrible because car wash gas station now opening up a liquor store.

When I first came to see these apartments, what attracted me the most was the manicured lawn and the cleanliness of this property. Now what kept me renewing my lease was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. My daughter has autism and tends to try to elope. I communicated this with the property manager Zulay Munoz and she sent a safety resolution right away. She sent maintenance over to place extra safety on each window and moved the top lock above. The steps she took saved my daughter's life. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible place, I love the grounds always clean, the maintenance and office staff are good and friendly. super recommended 👌

Worst experience ever I lived here last year move in date 7/17/21 I couldnt even use my complete bathroom they waited until the day I moved in  to do maintenance also the leasing agent gave me the wrong keyi stood outside for 7 hours on my first day moving in because I was locked out the stove when out 4 times half of my apartment went out of power mold growing in the a/c units and rude staff who never have a answer for you now im being charged $2305 for paint carpet repair and cleaning servies plus $140 rent for a day I was not there please explain this  ( the carpet needed a cleaning service, also received the bathroom in this condition)
