Monte Carlo Townhomes Hoa

This townhouse condominium is wonderful, it is located in a very quiet area, very clean and with wonderful landscapes to enjoy. Also very close to gyms, supermarkets and shopping centers. The two-story apartments have 2 or 3 rooms. The one I lived in had two bedrooms on the second floor, spacious, each with its own bathroom and walking closet. On the first floor there is a half bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, garage for one car and the washing facility, in front there is also plenty of space for two more cars, the backyard is small but enough to enjoy a good barbecue with the family. The finish and quality of these apartments is excellent. It is a private place, well maintained that you always see it clean and elegant. It also has a park for children to have fun and a pool that you can access whenever you want and is always clean.

Small well maintained townhouses. Each offer one car garage.  Easy access to elementary and charter schools. HOA, pool community. Recent exterior paint. Small fenced backyard. Easy access to shops, restaurants, medical facilities, major parks, roads and highways.
