BEWARE potential buyers and renters. If you decide to buy or rent in buildings B OR C, be prepared for WEEKLY WATER SHUT-OFFS.
The condos in these older buildings are not equipped with individual shutoff valves, therefore ANY time there is a repair to any unit, the entire building loses water for the entirety of the repair. In the 2 years that I have lived here, my condo goes without water for 5-6 hours a day on a WEEKLY basis. We are always without water.
It's kind of like camping, but inside.
No fun and not something anyone will tell you when you move in.

For those considering buying or renting in Buildings B or C, please be aware of frequent water shut-offs due to the older infrastructure. If this is a concern for you, you may want to explore other options within the community or nearby.
