This is the noisiest and most disrespect ...
This is the noisiest and most disrespectful community on earth. Every single day it's hours and hours of nonstop noise from leafblowers, mowers, jackhammers, saws, it NEVER STOPS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS!! I live a block away, paying 3 grand a month, and can never sleep in , relax or work from home (with brand new impact windows) due to their little un-permitted makeshift construction zone they have going in the lot near 7th st. And don't forget the 30 construction workers yelling and laughing at 7am when they arrive. Every other building in Miami has to inform others when they're doing construction but these people do whatever they like and can be heard for half a mile, I'm going to have to move over it! And Don't forget the unattended dogs that bark and howl off the balconies for hours on end. Hate them so much! Can't imagine what their tenants go through right next to it!
