George is the best you will ever find! Always there when you need him! He is so welcoming, kind, and on time. There is nothing more I can ask for❤

After speaking with someone months ago, they assured me the waiting list would open in October. Since that month has started, I've made multiple attempts to get in contact with someone, but would be sent to voicemail. However I couldn't even leave a message since the voicemail was always full. After trying again on November 3rd, George finally picks up the phone. Except l, when I asked about availability, he said there was nothing available. Then explained to him how someone informed me months ago that there would be units to lease and my attempts to call. That's when he stated the person said there "might" be availability. Yet, I was assured there would be openings. After he says it was him. While I am telling him otherwise George refuses to listen and talks over me. Which made the situation more frustrating.
When he finally decides to let me talk, I explain to him that I'm certain of what I heard. While he apoligized you could tell he actually was not sympathetic from his tone. Then had the audacity to say that "it willl" open next October. Not that it might, but it will. If he claims he does not even know when the waitlist will open, then how can you be sure it will open that month.
So, now, I would have to wait a whole year just for the waiting list to open. Yet, if I decide to apply next October, I'll not only have to go through getting a hold of someone but with George making false advertisements. It does not help since the website is not updated with the pricing and spaces open.

I loved living here! I had literally no problems! Very clean neighborhood and very nice apartment. George is amazing! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful place but they NEVER & I mean NEVER answers the phone! & I’ve driven there more than one occasion & it’s always closed. I would love to get information on living there.

I am so blessed to be the first one to lve in my beautiful apartment.  Management is great.  Every time there is something to fix, they do it right away.  They change the AC filters every month and they are very courteous and helpful.  This is the best place to live!!!

I came in today and was greeted with a warm smile. The workers there are very professional and loving. They welcomed me as if I was apart of their own family. They listened to my needs and concerns for my family.  The apartment complex is very clean.  I was given a tour of the complex. They have a lovely area for the children to play in. They have a lovely BBQ area where you can sit and relax. The clubhouse was very clean and decorative.  They have a nice computer area where you can browse the internet. It is located near many shops in walking distance. The property manager Mr. Marcos provided me with his business card and stated that I could email him at anytime. He assured he would get back to me as soon as possible. That's if I had any further questions.
