We lived in this building for 3 years. O ...
We lived in this building for 3 years. Overall it was good experience . It was relatively clean , they tried to keep the common areas clean , gym is nice , pools are nice .
We were facing the water and one the main issue we had was the soccer field in front of the building ( soccer cage ) , they had games going on till 2 3 am midweek with the music of the food truck next to it, building doesn’t want to deal with it since it’s not their issue but the noise is def bothersome.
It shares some issues among most Miami apartments including thin walls , hearing neighbors ( tv, conversations even ), cheap material etc.

The security at the front desk always de ...
The security at the front desk always denies access to the lobby restroom. Reason why: 1- The manager doesn't allow it.
2- Out of service.
3- Go to the 9th floor restroom.
4- I lost the key.
This happens on every building and gas station in Miami.

Worst people in from desk very rude I went many times I visit a friend they always has nasty attitude !! They need be more nice a leave the problems at home !! When you from desk it feels like prison with attitude !! I will never live in this building very rude !!
