Nice building, welcoming amenities, but good luck with the management team. Absolute worst treatment to their tenants that could be imagined. Thankful I don’t own a unit here, and am merely a tenant that can leave after my lease relinquishes.

Better units layout and amenities for the price than the Uni tower next door. Worth the price.

This condo is spectacular, all new with advanced technology.

Rodney Levi, the manager, of Canvas is rude and unprofessional. He is taking advantage of his authority and makes me want to no longer live here.

Front desk is extremely rude. Backed by the property management unfortunately. Nice building but the employees will literally speak Spanish in front of you, about you, to avoid communicating with you. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst building I ever lived  in terms of management. Completely incompetents and do the minimum efforts to help you. The valet parking crashed our car 2 times in 3 year and they never let us watched the cameras and asked for a police warrant, also my road bike was stolen from the bike parking spot with a wire cutter and no help was provided. they don’t even bother to check the cameras. Also lots of airbnbs, the police is the building at least once a weak., car robberies and apartment robberies. We had a fly infestation in our floor and nothing was done, no organization with parkings. All bad, we are glad we are finally leaving this place. Benny Brisse is disrespectful and honestly the worst person I have to dealt with since I move here.
