I’ve been living in this building for 2,5 years. And it was the first building in Miami, where I extended my lease for another year since I moved here 6 years ago.
I didn’t have any issues with the noise or crazy parties, like in another buildings that I lived before.
I didn’t have any issues with the people who work here. The leasing office team are very communicative and was very supportive when I was transitioning from one job to another.
The valet parking guys are super kind and
friendly. Always helping to carry the bags or running in front to open the door.
I remember I placed a maintenance request via the portal while I was in the beach. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back home 3 hours later - everything was fixed. They also never bothered without a notice.
And of course, amenities are great. I use gym mainly but also very happy about the second pull that they have. If one is getting busy, I always have a choice to go to another one.
To be clear, things happen everywhere but they are very minimal and not consistent, which means that management is taking a good care it.
I think this building deserves much better rating.

the worst parking system. They scratch your car. They take a long time to deliver it to you. And when you notice the scratch they don't want to take care of it.

My experience in Parkline Miami has been really good. I have had a couple issues but our front desk man, Aldahir, has been amazing with helping us on the building. Great communication skills, friendly, and very well prepared.

I dont live here but I dog sit here for a couple of clients. The time I’ve spent here have been graceful, not to mention the concierge staff from 5th Avenue concierge have always been helpful and recognize me from all of the dogs I walk. Aldahir is always kind and on point with everything needed. Understood that I was house sitting and if I needed to have food delivered was okay, of course with a heads up. I cannot speak on the management team as I have not needed to interact with them.

Rude and do not expect an ounce of help if you don’t speak Spanish

The management of this building is really pretty disgusting. Someone went over the balcony today. Instead of issuing a safety warning and telling people what was going on, they tried to cover it up and told everyone the pool was closed because they were doing rennovations. You could literally see the blood stains around the pool from any window on the Southside and management was still lying to the residents.

Well built apartments, amazing amenities, good management. No complaints.

Truly the worst building you could ever imagine. The building premises are not well maintained and trash is everywhere. There is 1 guard onsite for 90 floors of units spread out between two towers and there is no direct line to security. The management company is not helpful or quick to solve problems. Almost all of the building staff is 3rd party companies so the management can outsource all blame.
