I wanted to live in this residence, specifically the one in Boca Raton, but I was completely disappointed with the office’s customer service. I booked an appointment for Sunday through their website, arrived on time, and to my surprise, the office was closed. I called the contact number, and they didn’t even know if they operated on Sundays. I rescheduled for Monday and attended the appointment again, but the experience was even more frustrating. The person who received me didn’t take the time to assist me properly— they simply told me there was no availability, and that was it. They didn’t value my appointment time, nor did they show any empathy or interest. I wasted my time twice, and this makes me seriously question how they handle any other situation in this place.
