Worst place to rent. They rent to anyone.Garbage every where and then charge you all these late fees on top of the over price unit that are small, The Maintenance people robbed my items out of the outside storage and had to make a police report! This place is a scam and a big joke!

If I’d seen what I was moving into ahead of time, I never would’ve moved here. The apartment’s condition is just awful—everything’s worn out, the kitchen furniture and appliances are super old and in terrible shape, and it looks like they haven’t done any updates since the building was put up. The kitchen appliances are probably from 50 years ago, and the washing machine must be even older, like 70 years old. The kitchen cabinets have been fixed up multiple times but done poorly—every door is crooked. It feels like I moved to a ghetto, not Boca Raton. The maintenance response time is painfully slow; you end up waiting several days for anything to get fixed. All in all, I’m really disappointed with this move. Only good thing about this place is the area. I’m giving it one star only because the leasing office staff are nice and friendly.
