Pinnacle Lake Apartment

Reasonable rent. New management is cool Better than the last. But these apartments need a big renovation. These are own by Jews that don’t handle business very well. When it rains it pours literally the drains around these buildings need to be drained, anytime it rains a lot we the people are stuck for days and your vehicle along with the first floor will be damaged. I’m looking to move asap. Ps people don’t know what a garbage can is around here nor common courtesy!

If there weren't 10-12 people living in 2BR units there would be plenty of parking and the pool would be habitable.Trash in the public areas (used diapers,FF containers,bottles). Punctuation is important in writing or the message is incomplete.Attitude begets attitude.

When something is broken and someone fix it something else be broken also half of the time they don't even come to fix anything

Place is being renovated, very affordable for low income people

I do actually like living at Pinnacle Lakes.. Since  we had a new Manager.. She is very caring and understanding.. You can share your concerns and she is all willing to listen.. thanks so much Jacqueline...great job..

Property Manager there at this moment is very rude and unprofessional. Classless, no wonder people there always cursing you out.
