Loved the neighborhood and some neighbors..... association and new management company have become one more to add the pile of dishonest businesses.... 17k for an office that opens once a week 🤣🤣🤣 and god forbid you question the budgets or how theyre spending your hard earned money 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️ ....

They are renovating the exterior or this ...
They are renovating the exterior or this place. New Railings on each walkways. They have also brought in a new management company...which is a.good thing. Landscape could use some improvement and on site office hours could be expanded. Units are nice sized and the individual lobbies are well maintained.
