Lived here for over 20+ years, seen all of the new and improved renovations, landscapes as well. Had no issues with Management or maintenance their jobs get done far as I'm concerned. Only issues there's too many fees. I really can say that, I can actually write an small autobiography about "Plantation Gardens. Thank you

Maintenance is 5 stars. Front office staff is 5 stars. But Air communities have a few problems to sort out... some of the fees (trash, utility, etc) they keep going up and the fees aren't paying for anything special.
No one should pay a trash fee if you guys do no offer valet

Maintenance is great five stars front office maybe 3 but air commodities I give a negative 0 I’ve lived here over some time now and the stair cases and corridors are filthy I said ok maybe Christmas they would do some general cleaning nope it’s the same smh the laundry rooms the bins are always running over and floors dirty the elevator stinks it’s like they only focus on the two bedroom units I’ve passed there and they all look well kept I have a two year old imagine me having to climb those filthy staircases and have her breathe that filthy smell which by the way are poorly lit
