Jacaranda Village Apartments

There was an attempted break in the apartment a couple months ago tried to fight for security and nothing has happened since They just gave me a gift card apologizing for the inconvenience but I just bought a car and informed the leasing office we just bought the car and had the license plate from the old car in the meantime. Spoke with Tiara in person at the leasing office who  told us that was fine and they would not tow the car. Come home today to the car towed.
So the apartment cares more about towing cars than the safety of the residents inside their homes? Mind you this attempted break in was in broad daylight while I was home alone. Extremely disappointed and disturbing

I absolutely love living here! The office staff – Alex, Sandra, and Tiara – are fantastic. They’re always friendly, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to make residents feel valued. A huge shoutout to the maintenance team – Roberto, Jason, Howell, Claude, and Pilar. They’re quick to address any requests, professional, and keep everything running smoothly. The community wouldn’t be the same without their hard work. Thank you for making this place feel like home!

I lived here for 10 months. Houses are old and everything inside is cheap. Powerful noise is everywhere at any time: it does not matter if it is day or night. Weed smell everywhere even at home, thanks to neighbors. Windows and walls are very thin, you will hear everything very well day or night: airplanes, birds, refrigerator, AC, loud cars every 10 mins, noisy neighbors, animals, kids, plant with heavy-duty machines. No rest no peace. Check the videos attached. Refrigerator emits around 70 decibels of noise, and AC as well. Around 10 times I found a new roach in the apartment, and every time it came from neighbours through ventilation pipes.

Living in this place for almost 3 years. Couple months ago, some residents vehicles got stolen at same night in this place.
The maintenance team is great and nice thought, in other hand, the office management is unprofessional and not helpful at all.
Anytime I step in the office to talk to manager Alexandra for special concerns they always told me she's in the meeting, which is not always true. It's easy to access to USA president than the manager Alex.
The office barely answered the phone calls.
Don't take your family in this location.

We had very bad experience in this  apartment. The rooms are not worth of their rates. In the office, the managements are fake, they will pretend to help you, but they're not. Make sure you're recording them, when you're taking any decisions,  because they will denied everything you're agreed with.
The manager Alexandra Hernandez & assistant manager Sandra Navas are worse.  They will smile at you, but if they will get opportunity on you trust me you will regret it.
So be careful and think twice before you sign a contract here, anyway I am not recommended Jacaranda Village to anyone though.
All these good reviews are not real.

One of the worst experiences living in this apartment.  The office workers are not professional at all. Very disappointed. The materials inside the apartment very cheap for the price they offer.  I will not even pay $500 for this please.  They go around pleading people to give them 5 star. Only one of their maintenant is nice. Apart from that everything is a mass.

Tiara was very sweet with exceptional communication skills and a vibrant, enthusiastic personality.  The property was clean and quiet. Thank you Tiara for a great tour!

Maintenance and general help is always swift. Was having some annoying issues with the refrigerator. Jason, one of the employees literally came within an hour of the request. Took the entire motor/fan apart. Identified the problem. Replaced everything. Like its brand new again. lol Couldnt believe it really. Even offered to help put the items back away for me. Dude is on point. Thanks again Jason! Give this man a raise! lol

Great place to live.

The maintenance department Was fast and effective. Jason fixed the dishwasher, garbage disposal and a broken paper holderin one hour all was perfect again. Thank you Jason for the extra mile.
