Jacaranda Village Apartments

This complex is wonderful. I moved in 2 months ago and everything in my apartment was remodeled beautifully and very clean upon move in. All the staff  genuinely care and the maintenance here is incredible. If you have any issues at all they come the same day and if not the very next day. My a/c went down and they replaced the entire unit extremely quickly and I am very pleased! I love it here. I also want to give a shout out to Tenisha!! She is amazing and always addresses any issues I have had since day 1.

I want to give an AMAZING Shout Out to JASON JASON JASON!!!!! He came into the my Unit and handled all of my work orders for Lease Renewal purposes to maintain the Unit to the highest level. He was knowledgable and completely professional. As a Property Manager myself for 14 years... I would definitely try an take him away...:-) Having hm here shows this is 5 STAR Service!!!!! You're the Greatest and thank you again! ***** Cheers!!!

Terrible/horrible/poor living experience. The buildings are old, the construction is weak and there's no proper sound proofing/insulation between the apartments.
Can hear everything that goes on upstairs.
Stomping/banging/dragging of things is the order of the day.
There's no peace and quiet, literally.
The management says it's apartment living and completely acceptable. Their solution is just learn to live with it.

Great place to live

It was a great experience with Tenesha, Ana and Alexandra. It was hassle free move in. Thanks for expedite the move in process while you were even on vacation Alexandra.

We are extremely pleased with Jason’s help ever since we moved in last year… every time we have Jason as our maintenance technician he does an excellent job and has a nice personality, he makes sure we are satisfied and that everything is okay and fixed. You can tell he enjoys his job and works hard! Please hire more people like him!!

I was so stressed touring apartments then I walked into Jacaranda villages and Tenesha’s smile, kindness, patience, calming demeanor, and respectfulness just made all my stress disappear. Plus we found out we have so much in common (lol). Even though there were no golf carts available she walked with me around and showed me so many nice apartments that were available and the prices that  I just knew Jacaranda Village would be my next home. Tenesha made the moving process so easy and stress free. She’s definitely an asset to Jacaranda Villages.The inside of these apartments are also very clean and upgraded and the community is very quiet.
