The building itself is great but security is NEVER available at night. If you don’t have your fob forget about being able to get into the building at night. 24 hour security but no one is at the front and no one answers the phone. I’m typing this as I’m locked out right now and it’s 5:30am

Hidden Gem in the heart of East Edgewater with best bay views. This truly boutique building is only 118 units with a personable experience. Every staff member knows you by name, and it feels like you are the only resident in the building to wait for elevator, use the gym or park your car.
