DO NOT BUY HERE, DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want 0 quality of life! Living here is like living in a third world country at a ridiculous price. The water is turned off multiple times per week for the entire day. No access to water for days on end. The air conditioning in unreliable- the entire building went two weeks with no air conditioning in the middle of the hottest summer months in Florida. My 7-month-old son wound up in the hospital for a month for severe dehydration. There is nonstop construction. The amenities floor is in complete shambles, the pools are closed, the sound of construction drilling over your head all day every day is unbearable. Don't be fooled by the amazing views they advertise- they are tearing apart and boarding up all the balconies, which also eliminates ALL the natural light from your living space.  And of course they pin the expenses on the owners. There is no parking at all, nowhere, not even any street parking nearby. The "valet" is a joke with a limit of 6 hours. I guess don't plan on ever having any overnight guests. This building is absolutely terrible, as are the management in the front office. They put so much emphasis on "security" to make the lives of residents who actually live here miserable, all the while complete strangers can just wonder in through the gates unchecked. Oh, and don't forget about the roach infestation. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD MOVE!!!!! NOTHING NEVER WORKS NEITHER THE AIR CONDITIONING, nor the elevator nor the attention that management gives you.  I lived there for a year and it was a horrible experience.
After 3 months since I moved in, I still haven't been able to collect my deposit check from the building.
I hope no one buys an apartment there because everything they give you is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
Don't even rent if you don't want to live a nightmare.

Beware, terrible place Poor maintenance, terrible bureaucracy from the employee's side , a neglected place and always under construction
Endless power outages
Management that sabotages the residents of the place
Don't bother fixing the internet

So many roaches. Pest control does not help. We got tired of fighting cockroaches, so we moved to another place. Cockroaches crawl even in the lobby South tower.

As a realtor, I recently had to guide my client through the approval process for a rental in this association. While the application process was challenging due to the involvement of a third party, I had a positive experience thanks to Grace. She was a reliable ally within the association, always willing to collaborate and help find solutions with a positive attitude and a helpful disposition. I am grateful to her for making the process more manageable.

A more inept association, they have staff without any preparation, it is frustrating and it is sad not to be able to get any help.
