Endless power outages
Management that sabotages the residents of the place
Don't bother fixing the internet

So many roaches. Pest control does not help. We got tired of fighting cockroaches, so we moved to another place. Cockroaches crawl even in the lobby South tower.

As a realtor, I recently had to guide my client through the approval process for a rental in this association. While the application process was challenging due to the involvement of a third party, I had a positive experience thanks to Grace. She was a reliable ally within the association, always willing to collaborate and help find solutions with a positive attitude and a helpful disposition. I am grateful to her for making the process more manageable.

A more inept association, they have staff without any preparation, it is frustrating and it is sad not to be able to get any help.

Horrible condominiums, Management Steal everyone's money, they set special assessments every 10 years so owner's cannot get out of their hooks Sell and run away as fast as you can

It’s a great location & I love the clean new gym with waterfront views and of boats. The pool has been out of service for awhile which sucks when hosting family. The security is great but they are very slow with fixing the front/parking lot and 2 pools are out of service. Been living here 5 months & they defiently need to upgrade and fix things faster. I love the location though close to 2 grocery stores and restaurants walking distance. It is an old building was built around 1971 I believe and the lobby hasn’t been redecorated since the 1990s. Elevator always breaking down- the security employees are awesome people though and fix it as fast as they can! With any old building it comes with it’s issues.
