do not be fooled by polo glen!!!!! I live here for 3 years now and nothing but problems.lets art naming them all. Number 1 luxury living yea right. windows are all dirty not clean green and black mold all over them on the outside can't even see out them. Appliances in the home barely work had to have maintenance guys come and fix multiple problems.  We are suppose to be gated community that we pay for and most of the time the gate is broken and stuck up so anyone can come in here as well as assigned parking is all unorganized pay for a parking spot can't even see any or the parking numbers one people always park in your assigned parking so you have to look for guest spot when I pay to park my car, office doesn't have a tow service to fix the problem they just let it keep happening. also to top it off there are always lawn guys every other day literally cutting the grass and making noise early in the morning. This place is a very unorganized complex and I really can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out. I really hope this helps people see the truth behind polo glen luxury living committee.

Our family members live on the property.  We were guests on this property. The management had an attitude with us  when we were going to the pool with our family on a fun day. The pool area was empty. We all felt badly. I wanted to leave, so I stayed,  I never wanted to disappoint the children from the pool and family day.
Never felt welcomed to be there. Show the race face 🤔🤨😡 or whatever she was on.

Don’t be deceived the gates don’t always work. It’s not a gated community for real. They just fixed it to probably attract future residents because this is the time of year people look for another lease. It is not a gated community . You’ll be paying extra money for that when the gate never works: Parking is also an issue. If you have maintenance issues you’ll have to follow up continuously before something gets fixed. It’s more covering with band aid type fixes.

If I could give negative stars… I would. The rent prices here is ridiculous for so call “luxury living” that I am waiting to experience. Windows are brown and green; you can’t even see the parking lot through it. Stairways are filthy and smell like trash. Someone always is parked in your assigned spot. Maintenance takes weeks- months to answer your request. Old disgusting appliances that they rather tape up than replace. A maintenance guy literally quit because he was frustrated with the inhumane conditions they had residence living in. Mold in the bathroom. Cracked ceiling that look like it’s caving in. Front desk is rude and doesn’t know how to have a civilized conversation (lordis- or however you spell her name; this one is for you). I’m confused how she still has her job; this shows you how much management values their tenant. Please people do not move here if you have a choice.
