The lawn service company you guys have need to be fired and replaced. I don’t know how long they’ve been working for you guys. But they do a horrible job they Never use the weedeater around the back of the apartments. I’ve noticed they only do it around the office and the pool area. This is ridiculous. Not one time since I’ve been working for you guys. Have they weed eat it the back area of my apartment. And this barbecue has been back here for about four years.

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and have had so many problems with the trash pick up amongst other issues. Last week the trash pick up broke my trash bag and spilled rotten food all over my front door without picking it up. After I nicely put it in a new (double) bag for them, they still have not come pick up the trash, to the point where there is flies EVERYWHERE and the whole front of my building smells like rotten food. I complained about this 3 times and they assured me they would take care of it and haven’t, it’s been 5 days now. Went in person at 9:57am today to speak to Se-Ane, who had assured me yesterday that she would tell maintenance and didn’t, and all she cared about was that they opened at 10am (i had guests coming over in 10 min so it was urgent) and was very passive aggressive towards me. For the overpriced amount of rent I pay every month, i shouldn’t have to hound the trash pick up/leasing office to do their job, let alone be given attitude when i’ve been nothing but patient with this situation. Save your time and money and look somewhere else, I will be breaking my lease soon just to never deal with this association again.

Run away!!! Do not sign a lease here. My first apartment had a huge mold issue and leaks in the roof. Every time we told maintenance all they do is paint over it. Over MOLD. I eventually was moved to another unit which ended up being SO MUCH WORSE. Also mold issues in the kitchen cabinets which again, the solution was spraying some substance and that’s it. But the roach issue in that apartment is UNLIVABLE. So disgusting. I’ve found 20 roaches in ONE WEEK. And the pest control man comes weekly and simply tells me that this is Florida and it’s normal. I’ve lived in Florida my whole life AND THIS IS NOT NORMAL. Management NEVER answers the phone. Literally never ever. You have to show up in person in order to talk to them. I’ve even called their line while at their office and the phone just rings and no one answers. It’s sad because the location and the apartment layouts are great but trust me not worth it. Look elsewhere you’re in for a horrible living experience if you move here I’m running away as soon as my lease is up.

This rating is not specifically for the apartment or the living conditions. This rating is for SeAnn who works in the office. From day 1 she has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Every time I have an issue I go to her. She is very friendly and down to earth. If you decide to come and rent here see her.

I enjoy living here! The Waves staff is very accommodating and attentive. The apartment is spacious and nice, and the complex itself is close to everything I need.
