Probably the worst managed building in M ...
Probably the worst managed building in Miami, if not Florida, in my opinion. DO NOT move here if you are looking for peace and quiet. Constant Fire alarm tests/ updates and endless construction/ drilling that literally shakes the walls. We have reached out to management several times to be notified in advance so that accommodations can be made. The issue is yet to be resolved , it’s truly unacceptable considering the price/ HOA fees it cost to live in Puerta de Palmas. I Would NOT recommend it, especially for growing families with newborns.
