Puerta Del Sol of Kendall Condominium is a beautiful, well-kept community located in a prime area of North Kendall Drive. We are centrally located around several shopping centers, popular restaurants, strip malls, top rated schools, colleges, universities, parks, and hospitals. We are minutes away from Baptist Hospital, Dadeland Mall, The Palms at Town and Country, Publix, CVS, and Kendall Indian Hammocks Park. The condominium has quick access to the Don Shula Expressway, Turnpike, Snapper Creek Expressway, and the Palmetto. Our amenities include two pools, a clubhouse, security cameras, overnight security guard, property maintenance and several maintained common areas. We have a small community of 11 buildings on over 8 acres.

I used to live here with my mother over ...
I used to live here with my mother over 15yrs ago. It was nice apartment complex mostly quiet no problems, walking distance to mostly everything, gas station grocery stores, last I remembered there was washer and dryer on the compound, then again it was 17yrs ago. I like it, If I ever was to move back to Florida I would see if they have space.
