Here's a small list of things needed to be done. Landscaping, parking
enforcement, parking stones put back on asphalt surface, no newsletter, how do people know about toilet parts that are supposed to be handed out for free to stop water waste. No common area enforcement, blocked fire extinguishers, storm drains not cleaned, dryer vents not cleaned, trees around water meters whose roots might soon break water lines, lake erosion, light timers to save thousands of dollars in electricity, dogs running loose, dog poo everywhere, rain gutters full of leaves and leaking all over the property, completely dark areas of the property, why can't bulbs be replaced? How about the Jacuzzi that hasn't worked in years?Otherwise, a great neighborhood. Here's an update 10/10/23. Now, the management company does not even supply a manager in the office to conduct daily business! Another year almost gone with little to nothing accomplished! And forget trying to call our office or their corporate office, they never answer! Not a company you would want to hire! 12/15/2023 update! Still nothing getting done still no office manager still nothing being done! surprise surprise they give themselves a raise but do less and less. Where are the board members why don't they do something about this? Latest update, 2/1/2024. A new year rolls around, and guess what? I guess I don't have to say it! What a joke the management company is right along with the board. It seems they are one in the same! Update as of 2/5/24. CREAM Landscaping here today with just a leaf blower. Everything getting blown into the lake. Leaves trash etc. Instead of picking up the leaves and trash, just blow it! More quality work from CREAM.
