My recommendation is to never sign a lease with this company or stay in any apartment they are leasing. The entire two years that my husband stayed there it was nothing but a mess. It was always impossible to get anything fixed. The building has a HUGE roach and insect problem. Infestations of different breeds of bugs. They have units inside of 2727 nw 17th terrace and the building is dirty. When he moved in there were roaches in the fridge and all the appliances. They refused to come and help get the bugs taken care of. If something breaks you are expected to fix it and pay for it yourself. Read your leasing agreement carefully because they will try to charge you for everything even though everything in the apartment is old and broken already. The leasing agent who was supposed to assist him would take weeks to respond and was very rude and disrespectful. Our neighbor has had broken appliances such as washer and dryer for months with no fix. It is a mess. Would 100% not reccend.
