Riverhouse at 11th

Carpets in the entire building have been replaced as well as newly painted walls.  When having any technical or maintenance issue, it gets fixed immediately.  The staff is very helpful.

After touring almost a dozen properties, I was very impressed by Riverhouse. Not only did the unit fulfill all my criteria, but the community amenities, such as the breathtaking lounge and rooftop pool, exceeded my expectations. The units were competitively priced compared to nearby apartments I surveyed. Above all, Quincy, Sandra, the property management team, have been exceptionally welcoming and accommodating since day one. Their hospitality has made transitioning into the property a seamless and enjoyable experience. I have also found the moving process to be highly organized thus far.

I recently moved into Riverhouse at 11th and am so pleased with amenities, apartment design and most importantly management. Quincy, Community Manager at the leasing office, is just a ray of sunshine. He always greets you with a big smile and makes sure things get done. I had so many questions when I moved in and he answered all of them with all the patience in the world. Management all around has just been so kind and helpful. They really made the moving process a pleasant one. The rooftop brings just calm and peaceful vibes. My best friend has been living at Riverhouse at 11th for 2 years now and only has positive things to say about the apt complex. It was a no brainer for me when I needed to move to a new place. I’m so thankful and excited to be living in a beautiful apt complex.

Very clean, great location, and super convenient. Quincy is amazing and maintenance is exceptional. Only the best experience. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

River house at 11th was a place I was looking at but until I actually went and saw In person, it was a no brainer that I wanted to live here. The clubhouse, the pool, and the actual unit is so top scale and luxurious. If you’re looking for help please reach out to Quincy, he was very knowledgeable and honest and made me feel like he was trying to help.

The Riverhouse is beautiful! It’s located in the heart of Miami. It’s close to Brickell and the downtown area. Gym and pool facilities are great and the apartments are fairly new and updated. A huge thank you to the staff, Quincy is the best! The Riverhouse is by far the best place I have called home so far!
