Riverhouse at 11th

My family and I have been living here for over 2 years and honestly enjoy our experience with Riverhouse at 11th primarily bc of management & community feel they offer. They’re swift and transparent with any community and resident issues that need any repair or attention. The management and maintenance staff are always courteous and helpful. We enjoy the occasional food trucks that stop by the property as well! Would recommend.

Riverhouse made the entire process very simple & convenient during the move in process. I was very impressed with the complex and the amenities, rooftop has elite views. Very grateful to find a home

This was the best experience we could have asked for. Rychardson was very kind attentive and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and went into great detail about all the amenities and services offered at riverhouse. He was a great representation for the staff and environment we can expect at riverhouse. The apartments are beautiful and community areas are modern and luxurious.

I put in the order as i was leaving for work in the morning and it was all fixed when I returned ! Awesome response and action .

During my two years there, they weren't the best. People were dirty and loud, the pool chairs were in poor shape, the carpet was terrible and stained, and many other aspects of the building were terrible. However I saw the improvements with Quincy as a manager. However when  we attempted to renew our lease this year 2024 our rent increased significantly. We were good tenants, we took care of everything, and we always paid on time, but Quincy didn't care. I gave him numerous reasons why our rent should remain the same, and he dismissed them all. Also, I found out that a friend from work visited the building and they offered her a 1/1 for 2300 plus fees, and Quincy and his team wanted to renew our lease for $2480, plus fees so total will be about 2650-2700, which is outrageous for a one-bedroom. They want to charged us as they are a new and luxurious building.
I've seen that in this building, they don't care about decent tenants and would rather spend more money trying to find new ones than appreciate the ones they already have.

Apartment building/amenities remain nice and well kept, leasing agents are professional and helpful. Management is efficient and friendly. I’ve been a resident here for two and a half years and it’s been an overall pleasant experience. Only complaint is occasional difficulty with packages. Would highly recommend overall.

Extremely disappointed. I don’t live in Florida. Came over for a day to tour apartments. I schedule a tour with Riverhouse at 11th and was booked for 10:30 am. I showed up and was told “we never have tours scheduled for 10:30”. I showed them the confirmation text that clearly stated 10:30 am and the guy was like “i’ll see if I can fit you in after I am done with the current client”. Didn’t give us am estimate of how long we’d have to wait. So we just walked away. Thanks, but no thanks.
