I’ve been a resident since 2021 . I wanna thank the staff, management and maintenance crew for going above and beyond for making it a pleasant stay and keeping the property very well maintained at a place I call home.

This is a beautiful property, when we visited everything was very clean and organized. Nelly, the person in charge of the showing was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, she was very helpful.

For me I can say I enjoy living at Riverland apartment five years yes little issues but if I have a concern and put my work order in the next day I can assure that my problem is solved I have no problem living there my landlord is very nice maintenance very nice and if I should live there again I would live there my reason for leaving it’s only because of financial issues but if I should live there again I would surely live there

Living here has been a dream come true!! Outside area is very well kept up. Landscaping is clean with no clutter or garbage. Perfect 2/1 apartment with new appliances and multiple on site laundry room. Love that it’s a small gated community with 24/7 cameras. Across the street theirs a park and a water park with a pool which is great for hot summers. The property manager is very understanding and responds quick when theirs any issue that needs to be resolved. Neighbors are quiet and peaceful also extremely polite and greet you when they see you. If you want to live somewhere clean, peaceful and comfortable then this is the spot. Maintenance is polite and helpful. Super cozy apartment located minutes from everything you need from grocery shopping to restaurants and more... Hands down the best place I have ever lived..

These are the cleanest and well-maintained apartments in the area! Rents are very fair too.

I really like the landscaping of the property! It provides a great area for family and friends to hang out behind the apartments. The gated doors also ensure that only residents are within the apartments. There's a park across the street with a pool too!

Living here is disgusting dryers are always broken and there is always a issue inside of the apartments. Every year the rent raises for no aparent reason and it is only a 2 Bed and 1Bath apartment
