Brenae had me weak the whole time she was fixin’ my paperwork. I’m talkin’ straight laughin’ while she was over there with that little red pen, catchin’ every mistake I ain’t even see. Sis don’t miss a thing! I kept askin’ her, ‘Why is the process so difficult?’ and she broke it down for me, sayin’ it’s all about makin’ sure every guideline was met. And let me tell you, I had to correct my application like 2 or 3 times ‘cause I wasn’t even payin’ attention to her notes at first! She stayed patient and didn’t miss a beat, makin’ sure everything was perfect. What really stood out was how she stopped whatever she was doin’ just to help me out, like I was the most important person in the room. That kinda attention? You don’t get that everywhere. She was mad cool but handled business at the same time, had everything lookin’ right and still kept the vibe chill. I appreciated how she was so down-to-earth but still on her game, makin’ sure my paperwork was perfect. Ain’t too many people like Brenae. 100%

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to write one after the exceptional experience I had with Brenay. She was very helpful and had lots of patience answering all my questions related to Saratoga Crossings. She was very punctual, prompt, reliable, resourceful, transparent, and diligent. I appreciate people who make a stressful process as simple as possible and who are just truthful, upfront, and have integrity. Andrea helped me as well I really appreciated her work ethic and wonderful attitude.

Man, Branay and Aisha did their thing with this apartment search. I was stressing about finding a spot, but they pulled up and handled business like pros. They checked out all the places I was lookin’ at, and broke it all down for me, even with their sister properties in Miami. They kept it real —no sugarcoating. Now, y’all need to learn some patience and understanding that the property search ain’t easy. They worked hard on this, and once I get all my info together, I’m coming back to apply. I’ve never been to an apartment complex that has such horrible customer service. She needs to be fired because she clearly doesn’t want to be there. She was extremely rude it doesn’t make sense.
