The Residences at Monterra Commons

I fell in love with this place immediately!!! Jessica was warm and understanding while I cried!!
I had recently become a widow and the home of 35years was becoming a burden and very hard on my nerves.
The lobby and general areas, including the 3rd floor gym, theater, sauna,
Game room, and outside verandas are amazing.
Activities are bountiful including movies, parties, work outs, and celebrating all things...like National Pie day and wine down Wednesdays.
The property is very clean and well kept and also very secure.
The decision to move here has only been enhanced by the won derful new people I have met. Best decision after saying I DO!!

To Jessica, Gabriel, Frank, I just wanted to say, Thank you guys. My first apartment ever!. The three of you made me feel so welcomed from the first time I stepped on to your property. Besides the beautiful building, your warmth and care was so amazing to me. I have settled in, made new friends.The staff is just as amazing today as they were the first time I met them.
As for maintenance and getting things done, they are fantastic. The cleanliness of the building is on point. This staff does everything to accommodate you. Let me not forget.. Luxury at your best! It is an AMAZING BUILDING! The staff compliments the lifestyle here. Thanks guys for working so hard to keep the building beautiful! This building makes me feel like I am living in an upscale Manhattan apartment on 5th Ave. LOVE., LOVE, LOVE IT!

This is a wonderful property. Great location and even better staff. The residents are all very nice and hospitable. A great place to meet like minded people an expand your friend group. If there is an available unit, don't think, jump on it. You will not regret it!

The Residences at Monterra Commons is truly a gem! The atmosphere here is incredible, resembling that of a luxurious hotel. The team is outstanding, showing a true dedication to their work and being well-equipped to assist you in finding the perfect home. From the community director to the staff, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Alex is always ready to lend a hand with a cheerful smile, and Gabriel ensures a smooth move-in process. The amenities are exceptional, and the delightful scent that greets you from the entrance to the office is irresistible. Without a doubt, The Residences at Monterra Commons is my number one choice.

This place is stunning, and the process was smooth. Gabriel was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to answer all my questions. I'm confident my mother will love her new home.

Gabriel assisted us through our process from beginning to our move in day and will continue, I am sure. . My husband visited this location alone and after visiting this beautiful location, he promised I would love the place. As soon as I met Gabriel, we felt at home right away. He took the time to show and explain all the amenities. We thank Gabriel for welcoming us so gracefully to our new home. Kudos!
