The attention of the administrative and service staff is excellent, they always solve everything efficiently. The condominium is very quiet, and has very good maintenance.

Love it here. Renewed our lease to stay ...
Love it here. Renewed our lease to stay another 15 months. Very centralized to multiple places. Publix, Target, Home Depot, Subway, Steak and Shake, BK, Chic Fil A, etcetera. Plenty of parking spaces as well! Definitely not going anywhere anytime soon and it’s super close my job so why would I even leave? Pool is nice too!

2/1 - Location is great, everything is c ...
2/1 - Location is great, everything is close, laundry convenient, clean and well maintained. And abundance amount of parking so there’s no problems finding the spot. Pool, Basketball court, tennis court and playground, conveniently located in the middle of the complex. Barbecue area and gazebo are nice, Grounds are kept clean. I have lived here for 8 months and so far I really cannot complain. My son and I are moving to a different unit and plan on staying there for a long time. All the employees are super respectful. The ladies in the office, Millie and Lotty, are super nice, always smiling, respectful and understanding. Management has 2 exceptional ladies working there. Love the fact that they do things to get people together and send out bulletins regularly. I have no complaints really.
