Love it at Shalimar! I would give them 5 ...

Love it at Shalimar! I would give them 5 stars again and again. Amazing Staff in the leasing office, Carinna and Odessa were very responsive, and proactive in making our move smooth. Clean and great amenities, overall a nice living retreat community.

Tours, leasing, and move-in process extremely simple and straightforward. Building is brand new, and has excellent amenities. Carinna, Odessa, and Nicole were all extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient getting us into the community. Couldn’t imagine a better team!

Me and my family visited this property a ...

Me and my family visited this property a few weeks ago and it is absolutely beautiful. The office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Carinna showed us around and she was amazing. Nicole, the manager was very nice and welcoming as well. They both answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us in finding our new home.

I moved in this apartment about 2 days a ...

I moved in this apartment about 2 days ago and the Shalimar staff: Nicole, Carinna and Odessa made this the most welcoming and homey experience I ever encountered.  I would definitely recommend anyone to move here.

I moved here with my family a few days ago and Carinna gave me the happy home experience in becoming apart of the Shalimar family.

Beautiful new propery with a great locat ...

Beautiful new propery with a great location, very close to shops and Restaurant. Carinna Pozzo was amazing. I would definitely recommed checking this propery out if you are looking for a new home.

Carinna Pozzo Is outstanding! We are so excited to move into our new unit soon. From the beginning she has taken her time and worked with our situation. 15/10! This property is a 15/10 too. I’ve lived in plantation for some time. Shalimar is the place to be.

I am fascinated with this Shalimar compl ...

I am fascinated with this Shalimar complex, the environment is super elegant, calm and perfect to live in, they have a super diligent work team and you always find a smile on their faces; In my case, Carinna helped me; She found us an apartment with a divine pool view and guided us through the entire process.

Just moved in and I love it , the staff  ...

Just moved in and I love it , the staff are all amazing, Carinna was Excellent she goes above and beyond , she made everything super easy & quick for move in . The community is beautiful, very clean, great amenities and great location! I definitely recommend . Glad I chose Shalimar at Plantation as my new home !
