Carrina was an absolute lifesaver during our move-in! From day one, she was super responsive, always quick to reply to emails and answer any questions we had. She made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, handling everything with professionalism and attention to detail.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I can’t thank Cynthia enough for her incredible assistance during my apartment search and move-in process! From the very beginning, she was patient and attentive, always ready to answer my questions and address my concerns. Her professionalism and expertise made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Avoid this property if you value securit ...

Avoid this property if you value security and reliable deliveries. I’ve had multiple packages lost or stolen, including irreplaceable items, despite having photo evidence of delivery. Management refuses to review security footage or address ongoing issues, like unlocked doors, even when provided with video proof. Emails go unanswered, and the only time they’re responsive is during the leasing process. While the staff is friendly, the lack of accountability and building security is unacceptable. Look elsewhere if safety and responsiveness matter to you.

Cynthia was incredibly courageous, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She provided all the necessary information and guided me through each step. Whenever I had questions (and I had a lot), she was responsive and gave clear answers, which I truly appreciated.

From start to move-in yesterday to Shali ...

From start to move-in yesterday to Shalimar East, Odessa has been the best.  Moving from NY to here, she coordinated things with our daughter, who’s local, and was helpful with every aspect. Already exploring the amenities and enjoying our new home!  Even the cats are happy! Florida provided a rainbow for our new beginning.

We just moved in to the west building at ...

We just moved in to the west building at Shalimar plantation. The leasing process and the move-in process went very smooth. All questions and concerns were addressed with satisfaction and in timely manner. The staff is very nice. Thanks to Cynthia, corrina and Odessa who provided professional and caring assitance throughout the process.The manager, Lissette, made us feel welcomed when we brought the move in fees. The apartment is  modern and the community is very nice and quite with great amenities.

Carinna is AMAZING!!! The level of customer service she has provided us is beyond unbelievable! She is patient and oh so kind. She took her time explaining everything to us, answering all of our questions, and showing us the property. We are very lucky to be working with Carinna. The property is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to move in!

My Fiancè and I will be moving in to Sha ...

My Fiancè and I will be moving in to Shalimar Plantation East building soon and let me just say first and foremost Carinna is amazing!!! She is very professional, attentive, and accommodating to whatever concerns we've had. The East building just opened and it is beautiful. Resort style amenities, modern fixtures, quiet neighborhood and a caring staff. I love the fact that my fiancè and I are getting what we're paying for which is rare here in South Florida
