I’ve had the pleasure to work with chantal for my move in. She was very professional as well as personable. My move was flawless and the place is gorgeous. Chantal made my move an enjoyable experience, I believe if it wasn’t for her me and my wife would’ve never moved here, her attention to detail sold us. If you’re looking for someone to not sugar coat you just to sell you something, someone to be more than honest and with perfect customer service, I would recommend going to Chantal.

My new home! Our new home!! I’m so excited and pleased about my move in process. I recently relocated here with my daughters. The process was so quick and easy thanks to Chantal and Abigail (my sister’s namesake lol). They are both so incredible at what they do. Chantal especially has been so amazing with assisting me with my move-in. She made everything such a breeze! Myra was also great. And the maintenance team… oh my goodness… talk about be there in a jiffy!… and they are so on point with everything. I’m truly so thankful to call this my new home and my daughters and I are so comfortable here. Thank you to all the staff and the maintenance team, but especially Chantal!

I'm new to the community but so far am loving it. I had a work order put in and 3 hours later already had someone making the needed repairs. The leasing office staff (mayra Beltran) and onsite maintenance people are very nice. the complex is kept up very well and the neighbors are nice. It's a quiet, dog loving community where people clean up after their dogs! The leasing office communicates often and they put together little happenings for the residents. Happy to live here!

We just moved to this place and we already love it. It’s great and the management is outstanding! Mayra Beltran is a great host and she has been 100% helpful every time since the very beginning.

I was escorted around by Chantal and she was so welcoming and shared so much information about the property.  She made me feel so at ease and comfortable ( I did have lots of questions). She knows the area very well and was able to answers questions about the local community as well. Chantal is a credit and a great asset to your company. Kudos !!!

Management was horrible as if they did not want to work there. I visited my family here for years before they finally moved out of this horrible place. Every time I came to visit my family I noticed a lot of craziness that never was addressed.
ALSO, the apartments are infested with MOLD. The only thing they do and did is paint over the MOLD. Management never takes accountability. There is ALWAYS dog poop lying around anywhere and everywhere.
Last but not least, the apartment complex suppose to be gated but the gate has been broken for years. It is. NOT SAFE here. Anyone can drive inside and do harm to the kids and or neighbors. Complete "S" show.
The Laurels are so bad with security peoples cars were being stolen because of the gate not being fixed.
Seriously,  with the amount of money their charging for rent, this place needs to get their stuff together and should put money back into the community and upgrade their units like correcting the MOLD issues instead of painting over them. This is just one of the pictures took by my family. Seriously STAY AWAY.
RESPONSE to The Laurels: - 1/28/25
I see the owner or management from The Laurels had to respond but your response is NON SENSE.
Your complex doesn’t have a log for visitors. There is no where for anyone to sign in and out so when you say you guys don’t have any records of my visit,
“THAT IS THE ONLY TRUTH IN YOUR STATEMENT.”
My family suffered while living there and you tried to sue them for the MOLD issue when in fact it was “YOUR” fault all long.
My family had to spend their hard earned money to hire a “MOLD SPECIALIST” for remediation and an apartment survey because “The Laurels” would not help. Then, my family had to spend more money and hired a lawyer. Their lawyer sent you guys pictures and evidence of it being your fault. After that, all contact from your lawyer to my family stopped. The MOLD specialist stated that my family apartment building was NOT SAFE & NOT livable and they don’t know why you guys are NOT fixing the issue instead of continuously painting over the MOLD. The MOLD specialist stated that the apartment walls had LARGE AMOUNTS of water in them and being that the walls are damp from inside the foundation of the walls, any raise in the apartment temperature could make things worse.
My family had to endure COLD days & nights inside their apartment because if they would have turned their HEAT on the MOLD would have for EXTREMELY WORSE and that it did get worse. The MOLD got so bad my family had to send their kids away to stay at our other relatives house because it was NOT safe there. My family had to throw away all their furniture, clothes, shoes appliances and more because of the MOLD issues. Trust me, if anyone just moved here PLEASE be aware because later on down the line when you “have” to cut your heat on due to it being really “COLD” outside you “WILL START TO NOTICE THE MOLD.
The Laurels responded to my review but it was a horrible response.
Did you notice that:
THEY DID NOT DENY ANYTHING I STATED.
NOT addressing the issue is a form or guilt and The Laurels should be ashamed of themselves because their MOLD issues are real and disgusting.
THE MOLD ISSUES ARE REAL AND WHOEVER LIVES THERE PLEASE HAVE A LAWYER READY TO FIGHT BACK.
If I could I would have gave “The Laurels” a
NEGATIVE 10 stars because of the
MOLD & BAD MANAGEMENT.

The complex is very tranquil, service calls are attended swiftly, the personnel in the main office are very attentive and nice and they have many activities for the residents. The things that can definitely improve is the cleanliness of the common areas like the halls and stairs which look very dirty, paint gone and with big spots of garbage drippings or other spills that stay there for a long time unless we say something. I had to clean my own entrance when the garbage people broke by accident one of our bags and liquid spilled. Same with the gym area, the floors are not super clean and there's no wipes or sanitizer to clean the equipment before or after they are used, you have to bring your own, also the electronic pad to go into the gym has been broken for a while so the residents need to put a pebble on the floor to keep the door from closing, this is a security issue.
When we applied to move in one of the things we liked is that it was a gated community but when we finally moved in they told us that the gates were broken and will be fixed soon but it has been 2.5 years and they are still broken and no updates on when they will be fixed. They do not monitor the parking spaces so you see multiple cars parked in handicap spaces without permit or along the fire lines.
These thigs are not deal brakers for us but certainly they are things that the administration need to improve to make our living experience a better one.
