I over heard my family member speaking to one of the office girls (not woman because she cant control her emotions) was the rudest. We had to DEMAND to speak with maintenance, however when he got on the phone he said hello, very aggressively which means she had already stated something negative to him about the phone call. After being told by Jay that the problem we're having isn't his problem, as well as other unprofessional slurs that I refuse to repeat. I asked to speak with superior and Jay stated he is the one in charge, like I didn't know better, which shows the level of care as well as both of their education level through their  words on the phone. My Love one was without lights for 3 days and with blatant disrespect Property Managers as well as the maintenance guy (Jay)..Asked her why did she call during their lunch. After I called they were nice at first when I asked for their superior they stated there's no one over them. They then stated to let them know the problem and they'll email someone for me, refusing to give me their superior, after explaining to the lady (who refused to give her name) I wanted to file a grievance, she hung up the phone. For your own sanity stay far away from these rude people who don't understand if they get check, or direct deposit, rather hourly or salary that they are not the boss, and there's  someone over everyone

3 starts for the appearance on the site. Place is quite all the time. Neighbors are excellent.

Literally the WORST Administration. Rude. Ignorant. And incompetent. Beware. Love the neighborhood and my neighbors but the association is GARBAGE.
