I don’t know what is wrong with this peo ...
I don’t know what is wrong with this people I’m still paying my rent $3500 and I have been washing my clothes in a Laundry cuz they canceled my requests and this condo can’t send someone to fix it , everything is terrible , I have a baby and I have to wash a lot of clothes . This is insane , you pay for your rent and They don't do maintenance. They don't charge anything cheap and they can't hire a good maintenance staff, however the owner does come around here and charges us even for the extra pet we have. We paid for everything and you don’t have the común areas around clean . Terrible , I’m leaving on December thank you lord .

Don't come to live here, I've been living here for 2 years, I'm almost 3 years old, I was thinking of renewing the contract but the condominium is a mess, there hasn't been any maintenance staff for a month, you never find anyone in the office, the grass is almost never there. They cut it and everything is uneven, behind my house in the grass of the patio there are weeds, the mail trash can is almost full for 2 weeks now no one throws that trash away, everything flies inside the condominium and there is trash all over the track, I go out for a walk with my dogs and you find garbage everywhere, my washing machine broke down 2 weeks ago, we made several maintenance requests for them to come fix it and they said they would come on October 1 from 10 am to 2 pm, my husband asked for permission in the work to wait for the maintenance people, they never arrived, the gates to enter the condominium are broken, they do not close. I don't know what happened but the people who worked here before were excellent, suddenly they left and everything got worse, I already want to leave because I have a 2-year-old daughter with whom you can't even walk inside the condominium because everything is dirty . But even though they charge us more than $3000 for rent, I am paying for a service that I do not receive. I want to go now. I even pay for each of my dogs because here they make you pay for everything, and yet it is a terrible administration. By law they are supposed to solve if there is any damage in the house but not even that. And I won't even tell you about the pool that was dirty for like 2 weeks full of leaves, they just cleaned it yesterday.

We moved in May 2022 and had the DISpleasure of dealing with property manager at that time, Sara Betzalel.  She was rude and lazy.  We had a sink that was broken and the water wouldn't turn off. When we called her she told us "it's after hours' and she wouldn't do a damn thing.  FINALLY, someone else came to the unit and had the sink fixed. Soon after we found out that Sara was no longer with the company. Enter - Ashely Miele. She was TERRIFIC!  Totally different than Sara with more compassion and a sense of urgency.  Maintenance was completed in a timely manner and questions were addressed and resolved as best as could be.
However, the unit and complex itself are not in great shape.  The buildings are old and in constant need of repair.  The gate at 30th Lane breaks constantly and the caliber of people moving in is of very low standard.  They are rude and inconsiderate of other neighbors by being loud in the middle of the night, parking crooked in the driveway so we couldn't get in, and giving an attitude when asked to move.
To make matters worse, we had 2 toilets that leaked behind the walls and out onto the floor.  That created a mold problem which was only solved by spraying Clorox on the area.  Also, the AC leaked from upstairs down into the kitchen through a light fixture in the ceiling.  The owners do not put money into repairs, just temporary Bandaids that fall off.
There is no sense of community.  The rent was $2300 when we moved in, then went up to $2400 the following year. The last lease renewal was offered at $2700 but nothing had changed or been upgraded to make the place more desirable.
We no longer live there and hope the owners care more about the residents than their balance sheet. Aside from the new property manager, who is has done a great job, the place is run down and needs a lot of work.

Subject: Unfair Treatment and Inconsistent Pricing - Terrible Experience at Summer Lakes Estates Dear Summer Lakes Estates future tenants,
My name is Darius, and I want to share my unfortunate experience as a former resident of your property located at NW 30th Ter. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. My lease with this establishment ran from 10/01/2021 to 09/30/2022, with a monthly rent of $2,125. My stay at Summer Lakes Estates was marred by several concerning issues, primarily related to property manager Sara Betzalel.
Firstly, I would like to address a situation that had nothing to do with me or my fiancée Anastasiia but was unfairly placed on our shoulders. On August 1, 2022, my fiancée had a severe car accident right outside the property. The damaged car was later parked in front of our Townhouse, awaiting pickup by a Bodyshop. On August 3, 2022, a tow truck from R&M Towing of Miami arrived at the property but did not serve or attach to our vehicle. Subsequently, it left the property without any connection to our car.
What followed was an email from property manager Sara B., who erroneously assumed that the tow truck servicing our vehicle was somehow our responsibility. The email claimed that the truck had dumped hydraulic fluid on your property, damaging the pavement and constituting hazardous waste. Despite our protestations that we had not hired this tow truck, Sara B. insisted that we were responsible for any damages and cleanup costs.
I responded promptly to her email, reiterating that we were not involved with the towing company and that any damage should be pursued with them, not us. It's essential to clarify that blaming renters for the actions of external companies, like the delivery companies and paramedics you mentioned, is entirely unfair and unwarranted. These companies operate under licenses and insurance in the state of Florida, and any liability should be attributed to them, not residents.
To make matters worse, before these incidents occurred, we had received an offer to renew our lease from 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023 at a rate of $2,300 per month. This offer was accepted by us until August 29, 2022. However, on August 5, 2022, property manager Sara Betzalel unilaterally canceled the renewal offer and sent us a new lease with a shocking $3,000 monthly rate, a $700 increase, without any explanation or justification. What made this even more egregious was that, at the same time, Summer Lakes Estates was advertising rental prices of $2,300. The inconsistency in pricing and the lack of transparency is simply unacceptable.
Moreover, it appears that Sara Betzalel's personal biases may have influenced her actions. It's troubling to believe that my fiancée's unfortunate accident could have played a role in this discriminatory treatment.
In summary, my experience with Summer Lakes Estates was marred by unjust accusations, unreasonable demands, and inconsistent pricing practices. It is deeply disappointing that a property management team would treat residents in such an unfair and unprofessional manner.
I hope that future residents of Summer Lakes Estates do not have to endure the same distressing experience that my fiancée and I did during our stay.
