I can’t say enough great things about Summerlake Apartments! The property is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The landscaping is always pristine, and the facilities are top-notch. It truly feels like a welcoming and peaceful community. A big shoutout to Ingrid and Ms. Jones for their outstanding work. They are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient in handling any questions or concerns. Whether it's ensuring maintenance requests are addressed promptly or simply greeting you with a smile, they go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and at home.

Excellent attention Ingrid and. Miss Joan. On-time maintenance friendly staff. And instead it is super organized and attentive to the common areas. The pool. In good condition I have lived there for more than five years and I have found it excellent. I recommend it

The process was very good the ladies in office exceptional,Joan and Ingrid ,even the workers they came and got what ever little work that I put online was completed first thing on Monday morning,I really appreciate the team . looking forward to a good stay.

The staff is very friendly and they serve you with kindness and respect. The apartments are in good condition and they also help you with anything you need and help you settle into your stay. I don't have a bad comment about this place and I don't think I'll ever have it.

At Summerlake Apartments the office team (Ms. Joanne and Ingrid) is very professional and very respectful.Are extremely attentive when a tenant has a request and they go on and beyond to assist and fulfill the tenants request.
