I'm an homeowner at 8135 building 37. These photo's were taken on 9/18/20. It's the parking lot after the rain, it was worst early in the day and still flooded at night. Maintenance fee's are ridiculous and they can't maintain the drainage. This is a problem and a hazard. Correct the problem or reduce the maintenance fee!
