A literal dump...I'm calling code enforcement. This is the next Surfside. Unsafe structures Update: moved out of this wretched place. Paying less now for a beautiful condo, outside of that area. What a relief to be out of sunrise on the green. What a POS that place

The buildings have been abandoned, the apartments have cockroaches, they are super expensive, Jonathan, who is working in the office, is pedantic, he doesn't know how to deal with clients, he doesn't solve anything, he hangs up the phone, they stole a machine from me, they steal things from the apartments.

This condominium is the most horrible, dirty, it floods and I can't get out of my car. The office service is terrible. I want to move now!!

They are the worst workers I have ever seen. You don't know that working in an office like Sunrise the Green has such incapacitated workers. They don't even know how to treat the residents, much less the clients. That's why I don't recommend these apartments, they never provide service.this Lady end man is vary bad !

3 days without being able to cook for my children because on Saturday, July 29, the dishwasher was clogged. I made the report when the office was still open and they never sent anyone. I live on the first floor. The person who lives in the apartment above was told that he would not use his dishwasher because it was covered and he was inconsiderate. I have been collecting water from the floor for 3 days. Today, Monday, I went to the administration to see what was happening because they had not sent someone. I showed the videos and the property manager told me that she was no longer receiving emergency reports via text messages, it must be through calls. I called many times and they never answered and by the way she doesn't speak Spanish. Today they came but they couldn't unclog the dishwasher and I will continue another day without being able to use the kitchen, spending money eating on the street and drying up water every time the neighbor upstairs uses her kitchen normally. However. It is not a condominium that is enabled for decent living. The apartments are old, broken, in 3 years my pipes have filled with water 2 or 3 times a year and they always take a while to come and fix it. They charge you a fumigation fee and you ask them to come and the fumigator comes out just as he comes in, I think he sprays water because every day I have more small cockroaches in the house, to cook I have to be careful that they don't get into the food. The refrigerator is old and the air conditioning does not cool, the kitchen already asks for change and this makes me pay a lot of money monthly for electricity and they are not responsible for anything. Not to mention the furniture in the bathrooms, walls and floors that have deteriorated even more over time and the floods. Don't expect them to paint your apartment or keep the common areas clean. There is no playground, dirty and poorly lit hallways. The pool has never been enabled in 3 years. Anyway, I hope to be able to move soon and get out of this mousetrap where they charge you for more than 2000 and everything is a vile deception. When I move in I will give you more details of the hell it is to live in this condominium.

It's the worst place on the planet. The dirtiest and ugliest thing that exists. It is not as shown in the photos. All the apartments full of cockroaches, all the buildings with mold and poorly painted, everything super dirty. My family couldn't stop getting sick because of how contaminated and full of mold and humidity everything is! The pool and BBQ are all rotten and haven't been opened in years. You open your door or window for a second and 1000 flies enter. They raise their prices and always demand many things. It's the worst there is!

My husband and I have been living at Sunrise on The Green since May 2016. We are extremely happy here. We just signed a new lease for another year. The staff from Maintenance is wonderful. Any emergency they’re here for you. Our Property Manger, Jodi is so professional and sweet, and helps you with all your rental needs and  anything you need for your apartment. I always felt very safe here. Across the street there’s a Walmart. The entrance of the complex has bus stops going North & South on University Dr. Very large rooms so as you can tell My husband Wayne and I highly recommend Sunrise on the Green!
