Sunrise on the Green

Terrible place to live. Management is unresponsive. Dishwasher was broken at move in as well as closet door. Maintenance men are always driving around but never come in once complaints are made. AC comes in and out and never gets fixed. Have to use buckets under AC unit to collect water.

I don’t even live here and I’m upset with management. I scheduled a tour a few weeks back, for a Saturday. When I showed up, the office was closed. (Maybe they’re using A.I. to schedule tours now. I learned multiple apartment complexes don’t even schedule the tours, but it’s automatically done for them. Either way, there’s no excuse for not having a live person respond.) I texted, called and left a few messages. I was a perspective renter, but not anymore. I can see why the community is so upset and why the reviews are low. Did you ever give Ms. Trikenya her credit?

Only thing good about this place is Jose and Lynn. The new management company is terrible and now Jeremey is gone. We needed Jeremey! Now José is the only maintenance man and they don',t care to get him help.

I move here in September 2024. The old management that was here knew how to communicate. They decided to get new management but didn't information us. What to do about rent or how long it's going take for someone to come fix anything in your apartment. I suppose have a $200 credit but noone showed me where it was  credit too. The temporary manager is rude . I have no hot water or pressure in my kitchen. I put in a request.  The office suppose be out on Saturday,it's not. Don't live here. Because the management is very unprofessional and don't know how to communicate.

An awful place to live. They don't respond to service request, they hit you with ridiculous fees, and half the amenities listed on their site either don't work or just are not here at all. On top of everything they don't even provide a working number, and the phone number they put in replies to bad reviews, surprise surprise, is not in service. I hate living here.

I would love to thank the leasing office staff, especially Lynn who was very welcoming and down to earth which made my apartment shopping more easier. Thank you  !

The worst place to live, they don't clean, they don't fix anything, those apartments just look good on the outside but inside they are crap.  Also, when you move, they don't give you your full deposit back. It seems like they are charging for the crazy arrangement they are doing and they charge you for insurance when you leave. I don't recommend it for living, it's not good.
