The man who answers the call is very rude, rude, undesirable, disrespectful. It's a shame that it's not someone else who receives the calls and can provide better service and communication for such a beautiful place.

Whoever answers the phone is very rude. I’m hoping that’s not the owner because if it is, I can only imagine how the building is ran. If someone answers the phone and says hello how are you, the first you say shouldn’t not be “we don’t have anything available” in such an unpleasant tone. Have some decency for people and treat people like human beings

I tried speaking to the leasing agent and was very rude asking about what available and and how much didn’t want to explain and told me to call back at 1pm because he picked up the call after 12 telling he’s on lunch then hangs up very rude from this I’ll take my business elsewhere this is 2mins after the called ended for the time stamp have a nice day

It is an excellent place to live, it is quiet, everything is close, Victor is an excellent manager, they try very hard to always maintain good maintenance, Elio and Mario are the maintenance guys and are always very kind to fix any little thing that is needed, it is Don't worry, I like that the security guy also tries to do his job very well, I recommend it to live

Excellent place to live. My daughter loves it, Maintenance is super efficient and Victor, the property manager always has a smile to talk to all residents. Clean, quiet and safe. The only downside to it is that kitchens are really small, but other than that, everything is great.

What can I say about this place? I was here for one full year with my husband and daughter and one on the way. It was our very first rental community and I have zero complaints about it. They were always so welcoming and prompt about repairing anything that needed to be repaired. The roughest part was perhaps the laundry but even that was not a big deal. Thank you for your services, maintenance, cleanliness, and most welcome feeling!
