Sweetwater House

Excellent housing option for students/young professionals. Rooms and closets are spacious, and there is ample space in the common area as well. Each unit is equipped with washer and dryer. Utilities and internet included. Free parking available, which is a major plus for living in a city. There is also a big backyard space with fruit trees for those who enjoy outdoor respite. The house is also within walking distance to FIU. The landlord and property manager are both very responsive and easy to contact, and are prompt in addressing resident needs/concerns. I enjoyed my time living at this house, and therefore remained there throughout my years of schooling. Would highly recommend!

This is the best duplex you can rent in west Miami. The landlord is the nicest guy and he cares about his residents. He is always there to help with any issue, day or night. The property manager is the hardest working man I have ever met. He is constantly finding new ways to improve the property and he makes it the house a home for the residents. They both do an excellent job of ensuring safety and security. The house is in close proximity to Florida International University, great food and fun activities.

Living at a Sweetwater house is more than an experience. It is one to truly remember. Danny is very respectful with his tenants and he communicates very timely with matters regarding the house. I have lived there for more than a year and I truly appreciate the luxury lifestyle of private rooms and bathrooms. Most importantly, all the natural light. It is very close by FIU, Dolphin mall, Publix and a whole host of restaurants. As a college student, this is the true college experience and the price is great compared to a lot of other places in the area. Not to mention, Eddy, he is a phenomenal guy who will take care of all your needs. He treats each tenant as of you are his own child. I enjoyed everyday living here and each time I am in Miami long or short-term, this is the place I will forever call my home.

Best place I have ever lived. I felt super safe and secure. Never once had to complain about maintenance issues. The upkeep of the property is phenomenal. I loved the modern style look as well. All my friends loved it. I would definitely move back if I ever go back to Miami. And property manager treat you like family and makes sure you are living there comfortably.
