Tangerine Place Davie

Tangerine as all the bare minimum of a condominium a club house, private parking space, multiple pool location, close to the highway and shopping center and this is the good part. Downside if your looking for a sense of privacy and confort don't come here there's always a neighbor that is outside waiting for you make the littlest of mistake to take pictures and recording of you and harass you using the association. For this I say thank you for making feel uncomfortable in my place of living.

These condos are depressing, square, bland boxes.

Great apartments I just moved there me and my wife to be and I love it here.

I loved living here.

Horrendous guest parking situation.  Closest guest space was. 5 buildings away. It was raining and didn't have an umbrella.  Got drenched. Very poor design.
