Jacaranda Villas Condominiums

The area is noisy between the golf course and express way. Spiders are everywhere. There is little guest parking. The elevator in my building was broken almost every week. My car was hit in the parking lot, the HoA said the security cameras were not functional and could not provide footage. HoA rules seem to apply when they care, the rules state no pets, but they allow a neighbor to have a dog in their front porch barking. The building is old, so thin walls and construction sounds at all hours. Walkability is poor and at the end of the street there are multiple homeless people. I'm glad to have moved out.
