Sunrise Lakes Phase Four Clubhouse

This club house is located in phase IV. There's an auditorium, multi-purpose room, pool, pool table, and gym. There are many events; bingo, game night, movie night, etc. Check the website for details. We were guests at the pool because we have family there. You will need to be escorted by a resident and they have to show and ID for proof they live there. There is a security desk to check in. The lobby area was spacious. The pool was huge and clean. There's a large gazebo with chairs and tables. There were chairs and tables all throughout the pool area. The pool was clean; many regulars of course since it's a community pool in a condominium complex. Parking was spacious. Overall, a good clubhouse located in this private condo complex.

Sunrise Lakes Phase 4 is a Beautiful community, come see for yourselves, our amenities our apartments are spacious as well as compact units to suit your lifestyle and needs.  I love our community!
