The Avenue Apartments

The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!

The Avenue Apartments are amazing. The team is great. Everyone at the front desk is very helpful. The best part is the property management team. Andy and Nick are always there to help with all the things at my apartment. They are very flexible, do quality work, and are extremely friendly. I highly recommend living at the avenue. I've been here for 3 years and dont plan on leaving soon.

I decided to write a review after the unpleasant experience I had with the property manager Lauren and just management in general regarding a situation I experienced. The parking in this community is very limited as residents and visitors are all confined to the same parking space and there are no designated spots. I have been living here for about two months now and since the moment we moved in there is no parking available after 9pm unless you are constantly watching for someone to leave theirs, if so. Even after driving to the next two or three buildings over there is still no parking. Considering the gates in this “gated” community are broken constantly, it is very unreasonable to have to walk almost half a mile back from your car to your apartment; especially considering how expensive living in this community is. After expressing my concern, the only solution given was renting a garage which sums to an additional $250 a month, as they deny there being a parking shortage here.

Have nothing but great things to say about The Avenue! The units are great, the area is spectacular, and the staff is so friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend

Nice place, seems pricey for the location.  Well maintained and quiet residents.

The Avenue is a spectacular Property. Nicholas, gave me a tour and he was amazing! This is a must see and a must live community!

Here it goes,… I can’t say enough wonderful things about the security team in THE AVENUE David Complex, especially Andy. I recently made a frantic call to them after not being able to get in touch with my daughter who was recuperating after a surgical procedure.
Andy answered my call, asked for my permission to enter her apartment for a well check and immediately went to check on her.
He called me back shortly after, confirming that my daughter was well and was in deep sleep,  Andy also made sure that I was ok before finally hanging up with me after assuring that all was well.
The team take their job seriously and perform it professionally, with respect, care and consideration. Thank you! Thank You!!!!

Service manager Andy was so helpful and respectful. Couldn’t have got the best from anyone else.he has the attitude of a leader and a friend . Happy to have him to go to when things need to get done .
