*i’m not a current resident* I don’t usually do reviews but this place deserves one. I went on a tour and Nicholas was the absolute best tour guide! He’s funny, informative, and extremely helpful. The attitude of the employees is important to factor in for me so that was already a green flag off backs. In addition to that, the actual apartment is so nice! Super nice amenities, nice and modern rooms, and good pricing for all that you’re getting. Deeply considering making this place my home

Nicholas in the leasing office has always been so helpful and pleasant to deal with! The Avenue is such a beautiful property, centrally located and wonderful amenities. Be sure to ask for Nicholas if you go view The Avenue! He's wonderful!

I had car trouble today, came to realize ...
I had car trouble today, came to realize my car battery was dead. I saw Nick and Andy and asked for help and came to the rescue immediately and saved me from calling a tow. Thank you Nick and Andy for getting me back on the road as soon as possible.

I have been living here since March 2024 ...
I have been living here since March 2024… I truly love this apartment community. Nicholas from the leasing office is so professional, proficient, patient and welcoming. I’ve had a couple of small maintenance issues, and once I put in a work order, they are very fast at responding… Andy maintenance follow up with you and make sure everything is handling properly. It’s extremely quiet, clean and safe. Lots of off duty officers on the property. If you are looking for a place to call home… look no further…
