We enjoyed your stay with us from August 2022 to August 2024.We acknowledge that there was an unfortunate ceiling incident in your apartment. However, as soon as we were made aware of the issue, our service team responded the same day to assess and address the situation. After servicing the area, we assured you that it was safe to sleep in your room, but we understand that you felt more comfortable staying in your living room instead.The following day, a contractor visited your apartment to fully assess the situation. Given the nature of the necessary repairs, we had to coordinate with an external contractor, which required a few days to complete based on their availability. Throughout this process, we kept you informed of the day-to-day progress. Since 2024, the issue was never revisited and to our knowledge, all of your concerns were addressed at the time of the incident. Please know that we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Your comfort and satisfaction remained a priority, and we appreciated your understanding as we worked diligently to resolve your issue.
