Good atmosphere.

Worst place to live. DO NOT buy a townhouse here. President of the board doesn’t even live here. Cars are towed all the time. Maintenance fees grow higher & higher and NO WORK is being done. When you ask for something to be fixed outside of your home, they say it’s YOUR responsibility to fix. Then in meetings say “we own everything outside of the 4 walls including the grass, sidewalk & parking spaces.” They make no sense. Not the brightest people, clearly. The pool has been closed for over a year! Nobody can ever answer any questions you have either. I repeat, DO NOT BUY HERE. It’s miserable!

Live here if you want yours ,your family or your friends car gets towed !!!!!!!!!!the community people making this place worse.never live here

Worst place to lived, doesn't has space to park your family's car, you can't have a family's visit because his cars get towed... only cares about money... worst association ever, instead of getting more spaces to park those cars his solutions, is gets family's spend more money trying to get his cars back. 👎🏻 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
