The Cloisters Miami

Spacious furnished living area, large kitchen and a short walk to campus. I have loved being so close to campus and having lots of room to live in! I had no issues and highly recommend the townhouses as an affordable living arrangement.

No issues in the new townhomes, very easy walk to campus, did not need car. Each student has own bathrooms and with it being fully furnished is a great value.

Horrible experience. Hastily finished and sloppy units, the property is horrendous at communicating with residents, late move-in with no explanation or apology, constant maintenance issues, maintenance entering units with no warning or explanation, just overall awful. Do not recommend living here at all.

Overall, our experience with the 5BR, 5.5BA Everglade Townhouse has been fabulous. Units are gorgeous, fully furnished, newly constructed and no issues in first year of living there. Amazing location - walking distance to University of Miami campus! Full kitchen with large island. Two common areas on each level, with TV and pool table included. Laundry in unit. On-site parking is available. Highly recommend for safe, convenient off campus housing!

After 5 long months of this place, feeling trapped is an under statement. This place has been the most difficult place to deal with in every aspect. The 60 page lease should say it alone. We were all stupid for believing this place would be the dream they advertise. Photos on their website ARE NOT even the photos of the actual units.  Trust me you have to read the lines between the lines with them. Do not allow any of the pros (being close to campus and new) blind you over the cons. They truly are the worst to have to do any business with. They say one thing and do another. Please for the sake of your sanity, do not lease here. I am so sorry I ever did!!!!!

Fraudulent and unethical company (Landmark) runs on deceptive/false advertising, false promises, lies, and poor communication. Cannot believe they consider these to be “luxury apartments” when there are severe health hazards, plumbing and sewage issues, cockroaches, ant infestations and more problems that go unaddressed for days or even weeks. This is the true epitome of corporate greed.

The worst management team I’ve ever encountered. Completely incompetent.

STAY AWAY!! After delaying move in 4 successive weeks with announcements made less than 24 hours prior, moved in to find no working hot water, no lights in bedrooms, no response from maintenance or management. Other residents have sewer water backing up into apartments. And these are the “amenities”:
