She even made a welcome postcard for us, a very nice detail. I also want to thank the maintenance team for their outstanding work and dedication. Their prompt and efficient service has been impressive.

Living at Congress building has been an absolute pleasure! From the moment I stepped foot into the stylish lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The attention to detail in the design of both the common areas and individual apartments is truly impressive. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the building is kept immaculately clean at all times.
Location-wise, Congress building couldn't be better situated. It's conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to call congress building home. It truly offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience.

I love the antiquity of this building.

The building smells terrible, the management could try to put some air refreshing on the lobby and hallways because it smells like rotten food. I'm always visiting some friends and I believe is disgusting for the guests and the people who live there. Also, the elevators are dirty as they can be. I think the management and concierge (if there is one) should be more aware of the building cleaning and maintenance

Delighted and grateful for this country and above all for living in the Congress building for its conditions and characteristics, its efficient maintenance with good quality, cleanliness and a lot of discipline between neighbors and manager
