Horrible, horrible, horrible, whoever Terrell is this female does not need to answer anymore calls. I asked to view the property via online and she stated I couldn't view it because from the numbers she believed I would not qualify. This woman is ignorant to make such a statement like that one for someone who only wanted to view the property online. She does not belong in customer service. I'm glad that call was recorded because the management team needs to review how their employees are turning away potential clients.

The management is horrible, what they care about is money $$$$$ only, they try to find every excuse to charge you, remember ask for the receipt, if you think it’s not fair call the State department to check their unacceptable charges.
