I love most of it.......but finally, the ...
I love most of it.......but finally, the elevator stop working. I am on the 14th flr. No in or out. Can you imagine? And when I call to customer service to ask for help, they told me I have to wait for hours. I have 3 kids, youngest is 3 years old. How am I supposed to go out and take care of business? This is shocking!

I used to own a condo at this building, I lived there for 6 years. I have to say, I feel sorry for the owners, the management here are absolute scammers, if you want your money to go to Mr. Pierre Heafey(hotel owner) instead of repairing the broke down building, then this is your place. There is an army of tourists and Airbnb people in this building......they're tearing it apart, and you will pay for it.

The staff at the package room, particula ...
The staff at the package room, particularly the two ladies working there, exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. They seemed to lack proper customer service training, which negatively impacted my experience. I would find it difficult to live here knowing that such individuals represent the front line of service.
