The Mark at Cityscape Apartments

Maintenance department rocks! Put in 3 requests and they were filled within the hour. Love the building. Love the area! Been here for 4 years and love every minute.

I have been living at the Mark Cityscape since late 2019. It is run by a staff and corporate company that really cares about the residents. They have just updated the building with new carpets, painting and a redesign of the club room.

Update: I am absolutely elated about my impending move to The Mark Apartments, and I can't help but express my excitement due to the outstanding service provided by Jonathan and Ellen. Beyond efficiently resolving a payment issue within a mere 24 hours, their dedication to ensuring a seamless experience has left a lasting impression. The prompt and professional manner in which Jonathan and Ellen tackled the payment concern showcased their commitment to resident satisfaction. Their proactive approach not only eased my initial concern but has also instilled a great deal of confidence as I look forward to making The Mark Apartments my new home.
It's not just the resolution of the issue that impressed me, but the genuine care and attentiveness they exhibited throughout the process. Knowing that such a capable and customer-focused team is in place has only heightened my anticipation for the move. I am truly grateful for their efforts and eagerly anticipate the positive living experience that awaits at The Mark Apartments.

Beautiful place

Property it’s very clean also in the middle to all restaurants, banks and district area And close to the beach

to be honest, i’m not really sure why this apartment building has such great reviews. First off, im gonna start by stating that if you have the choice to move somewhere else in the area - do it. This apartment building has little to no amenities, one of them being the gym which is tiny with very little options. Secondly, you can tell that the owners don’t care for their residents considering they fully locked the exits to the parking garage on most of the floors (can’t be opened with your fob either, only they have the key to unlock it) which is most definitely a safety and fire hazard, and honestly annoying because you have to wait for the service elevator if you want to get out on most of the floors and it’s typically in use for residents that are just moving in. They treat residents as if we’re guests in our own homes. Also another safety issue here is the fact that their elevators haven’t been serviced since 2020 which is most definitely not legal, and if it is, definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of what is considered a “nice” apartment, with the price they're charging to rent. The only upside to this building is the location (which you have many more options if you like the area) and the staff. If you don’t think any of this is an issue, this is the place for you. But if you’re in between places and considering here, pick your other option. (edit- the owners response and their lack of explanation to any of this, especially the safety/fire hazard of locking exit doors should tell you a lot about the management. Secondly, in direct response to the owner- I subleased here, therefore the apartment was not in my name and I am glad to have left.)

I had to pay to park in Future Resident parking just to view a unit. The rooms were too small to fit our furniture, so it was a waste of time and money to visit. The pool area had loose tiles sticking up out of the ground and abandoned clothes laying around from the night before. The gym was too small for more than 4-5 people to be in there at one time.
