Worst customer service I have ever received. I contacted their office several times due to a damage that happened in my boss’s vehicle due to a sensor malfunction on the garage door, most of the time they didn’t even answer my calls, and when they did, it was only to tell me that they would review the cameras “tomorrow”. I finally requested to have someone to take care of me so I could follow up with one person specifically because everyone was giving me excuses and nothing was being done. I was told to ask for Carlos the property manager (turns out he’s only the assistant). He was the rudest person ever, he said he reviewed the cameras and the garage door never hit the car which is obviously not true because there’s a large scratch on the trunk door. When I was trying to explain, he kept talking over me, I had to ask him to let me finish talking multiple times which was distressing. I sent the pictures of the damage last week and decided to contact Carlos today for a resolution, he answered me by saying “oh I remember you, you’re the rude lady who was screaming at me the other day” he then proceeded to attack me personally, at that point it was very clear that they were not going to help us or do anything about it so I hanged up. He happened to be on speaker so my coworkers heard it and could not believe how nasty he was to me, they are the ones who encouraged me to write this review. I deal with many different companies on a daily basis and was honestly impressed by the lack of respect and the attitude this person gave me. Shame on you.
